Amazing tone for a 1/8 violin. For those who don't know Ralph, He's one of the best violinists in the country today. He can play difficult pieces like paganini and make it look as if he's playing suzuki. I tried playing on this 1/8 violin but it's so small I can't even play a scale in tune.
My Amador Tamayo viola with my son's strad copy 1/8 violin(chinese).

ang ganda ng tunog ng 1/8 violin na gawa ni amador. grabe. :)
Galing din ni Ralph. Naalala ko yung 1/16 na violin ng student ko dati, tumugtog ako ng a minor concerto. haha... :) Pero Ralph nailed it. galing!

ay mali. inedit ko na, di pala clear yung description ko. yung viola lang yung gawa ni sir amador. yung 1/8 violin gawa ng chinese. I'm sure kung gagawa si sir ng 1/8 violin mas maganda pa sound compared dito. medyo mahal din tong nabili ko na 1/8 violin(10k) pero worth it kasi di masakit sa tenga.

ah ok. :) hehe, meron in fairness talaga ang ganda po ng tunog ng 1/8. Saya siguro ng anak nyo, hindi nakaranas ng cheapipay na violin. hehehe...

Galing nyan ni Teacher Ralph! Si Nanding dati, ang ganda ng tunog pag sha tumutugtog. hehe. Sayang di ko na mapapanuod next recital niya unless umuwi ako bigla o madelay yung recital. :D wehehe.
@rommel napanuod ko yung recital niya na may paganini... kaloka! :D next time, pasubukin nyo naman sha ng 1/32 para extra-challenge! wehehe

Ralph testing the tone of the violins I'm selling in sulit. playing a movement from the weniawsky violin concerto.

ito last weekend lang sa sm marikina. ralph on 1st violin. ako sa viola. medyo low-tech lang pagkarecord, parang panahon pa ni heifetz yung tunog ng audio.

homaygad! sayang lang hindi kaya nung recording device yung higher frequencies kaya parang mejo noisy yung video, too bad i couldnt make out the sound of the other players throughout most of the performance
