Hindi kasi na-groom as a people to look at arts, literature, and music as an essesntial part of society, Rad.

But you know guys, it won't stop me from learning the violin. Practicing is already a part of my daily regime.. =)). Though sad talaga knowing na your mother doesn't appreciate what you are doing.

Kaya ako ever since i started with this hobby, ako lahat ang gumastos, from purchasing of my own violin to tutorials... I even grab opportunities whenever my friends offer me free violin lessons.. talagang pumupunta ako.

I believe that everything is worth it based sa satisfaction that i gain whenever i'm doing these things!

Also, I bet a lot of violinists here had already experienced such instance as mine. I don't know why some parents are like that - they never realized the happiness or satisfaction that is gained by their child doing what he really loves... But I'm really used to it. It's part of the struggles i must surpass. Part na rin siguro ito ng ating pagkatuto, that we have to really hold on and never give up our violin learning!

God bless to all pursuing their careers on music!

Marami pala tayong mag kaka dugo dito..hehehe
totoo nagng nasa pinas tayo :)

same here... last year lang ako naka bili ng violin... its fernando... no one supports me...

as in no one... ako bumili ng instrument ko..nag ipon ako ng pera and nag benta ng kung ano ano para mag karoon ng pangarap kong violin..nung sakto na pera ko sugod agad ako sa violin shop.hehehe

ayun... nung nag karoon ako..nag aral ako mag isa..

go guys...abutin nyo lang dream nyo..its a matter of determination and dedication .
